Volunteering at Camp

Thanks for your interest in helping at Camp! We are committed to working alongside the local church and strengthening the work they do week-to-week. Camp is an incredible place to build connections with young people. We don’t want that to be limited to one week in summer, but deepen existing ties between leaders and campers.

Leadership positions are decided on by the Camp Director, working closely with Children Ministry Leaders at our Foursquare Churches. Submitting an application is not a guarantee of being at camp.

Priority will be given to all volunteer applicants that are active in leadership and ministry in their local Foursquare Church.

All volunteer applicants should have completed a criminal record check through the church in which they volunteer. If you need more information regarding this process please email us or contact your supervisor at your local church.

Applicants will be considered on the basis of involvement in their local church, service in ministry to children or preteens, date of application, available space, age and camp experience, representation of local Foursquare churches, completion of a criminal record check, and a personal recommendation from someone in a supervisory position. 

If a volunteer has worked specifically with children or preteens in the past year, their application will be given priority over those who have not.  There is a possibility each year, that applicants who have not worked with children or preteens may not be selected.  This will depend on the role they are looking to fill on the camp team.

The information provided in this application will be kept in strictest confidence and will not disqualify an individual but will allow the Director, Head Counselors, and LTP Leaders to make well informed decisions in building the Camp team.

This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
